In 2001 began the company Servis Sopravní Techniky a.s. to provide their services and truck, trailers, semi-trailers and buses repairs. Subsequently, the services provided bz our companz were expanded and includes for example also the storage of goods. Since 2013 the company has been certified as ISO 9001:2008. At present, the company operates a total of 3 service units in two premises.
The main activity is focused in Mělník at the address K Přívozu 2604/23, where there are specialized service workplaces for:
A) BUS service and repairs
- Representation of IVECO BUS, SOLARIS, SOR, YUTONG
- Repair and adjustment of gearboxes, adjustment of engines of all emission classes, ABS, EBS, SCR
- Comprehensive service activities associated with the operation of buses, vehicle washing, geometry, tire service.
B) TRUCK service and repairs
- IVECO,RENAULT,MERCEDES,MAN,TATRA,DAF, LIAZ – after-sales service
- Repair and adjustment of gearboxes, adjustment of engines of all emission classes, ABS, EBS, SCR
- Installation, diagnostics and repairs of independent heaters EBERSPÄCHER, WEBASTO, SPHEROS
- Comprehensive service activities related to the operation of commercial vehicles and trucks.
C) TRAILER service and repairs
- Straightening chassis frames, straightening cabs and straightening buses
- Repairs of electrical installation of semi-trailers and trailers, repairs of truck braking systems
- (ABS, EBS-WABCO, KNORR, HALDEX,BOSCH)
- Repairs of refrigerated superstructures and semi-trailers
- (KÖGEL, LAMBERET, SCHMITZ, KRONE SCHWARZMÜLLER, MENSI, FLIEGEL, SAXAS, Kässbohrer, SOLOMON)
- Production and installation of special superstructures (firefighting operations, car transport, coil transport)
- Repairs and servicing of air conditioning and refrigeration units
- THERMO KING, CARRIER, LUMIKKO, SCHMITZ, Hubbard, ZANOTTI, FRIGOBLOCK
- Installation, repair and servicing of loading platforms (BÄR,DHOLLANDIA,ZEPRO,MBB,DAUTEL)
- Monitoring of MOT deadlines of the customer vehicles (call for delivery)
- Monitoring of the cost of serviced vehicles, monitoring of prescribed vehicle inspections
D) At the company premises in Stará Boleslav is a specialized BUS service

- Repair and adjustment of gearboxes, adjustment of engines of all emission classes, ABS, EBS, SCR
- Comprehensive service activities associated with the operation of buses, vehicle washing, geometry, tire service.
E) Fuel and AdBlue at both premises
- Stará Boleslav location is equipped with one dispenser
- with quick-release gun with max. flow rate of 70 l/min. The fuel tank has volume of 50,000 liters.
- Mělník location is equipped with a pair of fuel dispensers, a fuel reservoir of 50 + 30 thousand liters of diesel
- * The fuel is delivered by the vehicle-driver card system.
- * These are not public service stations. The sale of diesel fuel is intended only for contractors.
F) Storage
- We operate on 12,000 m2 of covered, non-tempered areas.
- LINDE handling trucks are used for handling the goods
All the above activities are supported by its own ** SERVIS 24 ** service, which is integrated into the international driver assistance system.
Specifications of the currently provided services:
The individual fields of service and repair activities in our company are currently based on the needs of individual specifics of technical development, emission classes and electronics in the transport market, both in bus transport, food transport and goods transport.
To meet the pace of development of electronic brakes and electronic vehicle control systems in the field of service and repair technology has become a key issue for our company. Since the beginning of the company, this field has been favored in both investment and personnel. At present, the company SDT a.s. a member of the WABCO, Haldex and KNORR family of service centers - brake systems, and is authorized to inspect, repair and modify the technical parameters of these systems. The basic equipment is diagnostic devices, software and professionally trained staff.
An important activity in the field of electronic brake systems is currently the harmonization of the braking effects of the set. This requirement is part of the basic needs for maintaining the warranty conditions of individual suppliers of connection technology, and last but not least, safety and economy of operation.
Reliability in the transport of food in insulated and vapor-tight superstructures requires operators to maintain and service them regularly. Our company has also been active in this field of service and repairs since the beginning of its establishment. We are able to repair damage to insulated superstructures from a few cm2 to the replacement of individual parts, incl. varnish modifications. These repairs can be performed while maintaining mechanical and thermal properties, including maintaining ATP parameters. For two years, we have been assembling special vehicles for retail chains, ensuring the transport of food at home, for our business partner from England, SOLOMON Commercials Ltd, and we supply these sets both to the Czech Republic and abroad.
Repairs of tilting semi-trailers and trailers in both all-aluminum and combined versions are provided together with a specialized company, with the proviso that we are able to prove the quality of welds on ALU materials for all repairs of welds.
Maintenance and repairs of flatbed trailers and semi-trailers from the replacement of side slats, repairs of roof structures, axle geometry, repairs of brake and suspension systems to straightening and replacement of entire chassis frames.
For our customers operating freight and bus transport with IVECO vehicles, we provide professional evaluation of the operating conditions of individual vehicles and training of drivers of these vehicles.
The presented activities and qualified staff are a prerequisite for providing quality and comprehensive customer service.
